CHALLENGES IN LEARNING NEW VOCABULARIES .

Abstract

This article is aimed to explore a set of common challenges which learners face when acquiring new vocabularies in a second language. It demonstrates psychological and cognitive barriers like memory retention, lack of enthusiasm or motivation with practical solutions referring repetitive practices, memory games during process of learning action. Key points of this article mostly emphasizes contextual usage of vocabularies in a word combination or sentences  rather than isolation. Furthermore,  practicality of words in writing and speaking consistently is considered as a crucial factor in learning vocabularies.
