Abstract
Ushbu maqolada ish jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish yordamida ishchi kuchiga bo’lgan extiyojni qisqartirish orqali mexnat unumdorligini oshirish, avtomatlashtirish va uning zamonaviy ish joylaridagi rolini tushunish, tarixiy kontekst: avtomatlashtirish va mahsuldorlik tendensiyalari, keys-stadi: muvaffaqiyatli avtomatlashtirish tashabbuslari va ularning natijalari, kelajak istiqbollari: avtomatlashtirish va mehnat bozorlari o‘rtasidagi o‘zgaruvchan munosabatlar ochib berilgan.
