Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekiston ta’lim tashkilotlarida maktab o‘quvchilarining ovqatlanishini tashkil etishga gigiyenik baho berilgan. So‘nggi o‘n yillikda issiq ovqat bilan qamrab olish ko‘rsatkichi 91,4 foizga o‘sgani, bir qator hududlarda 1-4-sinf o‘quvchilari o‘rtasida 100,0 foizga yetgani aniqlandi. Sog‘liqni saqlash holatini hisobga olgan holda ovqatlanishda individual yondashuvni talab qiladigan maktab o‘quvchilarini issiq ovqat bilan qamrab olish umuman O‘zbekiston bo‘yicha 92,7% ni tashkil etdi. Maktab nonushtasi va tushligining ozuqaviy va biologik qiymatini baholash shuni ko‘rsatdiki, taomnoma o‘sayotgan organizmning C va B vitaminlariga bo‘lgan ehtiyojini qoplaydi.
