ERTA YOSHDAGI BOLALARDA TEMIR TANQISLIGI ANEMIYASINING NEYROKOGNITIV RIVOJLANISHGA TA'SIRI

Abstract

Temir tanqisligi anemiyasi (TTA) erta yoshdagi bolalarda eng ko'p tarqalgan mikroelement tanqisligi kasalligi bo'lib, butun dunyo bo'yicha 6 oydan 24 oygacha bo'lgan bolalarning 40-50% ini qamrab oladi. Temir miya rivojlanishining kritik davrida neyrotransmitter sintezi, miyelinatsiya va energiya almashinuvi uchun zarur bo'lgan mikroelementdir. Ushbu maqolada erta yoshdagi bolalarda TTA ning neyrokognitiv rivojlanishga uzun muddatli ta'sirlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko'rsatadiki, tug'ilgandan keyingi birinchi 2 yil ichida rivojlangan TTA keyinchalik maktab yoshidagi o'qish qobiliyatini 15-20% ga kamaytirishi mumkin. Temir terapiyasining samaradorligi esa anemiyani aniqlash va davolashning vaqtida amalga oshirilishiga bog'liq bo'lib, ba'zi nevrologik oqibatlar qaytarib bo'lmasligi mumkin .
