MAKTAB O‘QUVCHILARINING JISMONIY FAOLLIGINI YENGIL ATLETIKA MASHQLARI VOSITASIDA RIVOJLANTIRISH
Abstract
Ushbu ilmiy maqolada maktab o‘quvchilarining jismoniy faolligini oshirishda yengil atletika mashqlarining pedagogik va metodik imkoniyatlari zamonaviy yondashuvlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. So‘nggi yillarda o‘quvchilarning harakatsiz turmush tarzi ortib borayotgani sababli jismoniy faollikni rivojlantirish ta’lim tizimining dolzarb vazifalaridan biriga aylangan. Tadqiqotda differensial yondashuv, STEAM integratsiyasi, o‘yin texnologiyalari hamda monitoring asosidagi mashg‘ulot metodlari qo‘llanildi. Natijalar yengil atletika mashqlarini tizimli tashkil etish o‘quvchilarning chidamlilik, tezkorlik va koordinatsion qobiliyatlarini sezilarli darajada rivojlantirishini ko‘rsatdi.
