MAKTAB O‘QUVCHILARINING JISMONIY FAOLLIGINI YENGIL ATLETIKA MASHQLARI VOSITASIDA RIVOJLANTIRISH
Abstract
Mazkur tezisda maktab o‘quvchilarining jismoniy faolligini oshirishda yengil atletika mashqlarining pedagogik imkoniyatlari zamonaviy metodik yondashuvlar asosida yoritilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida differensial yondashuv, STEAM integratsiyasi, o‘yin texnologiyalari hamda monitoring asosidagi mashg‘ulot usullari qo‘llanildi. Natijalar yengil atletika mashqlarini tizimli tashkil etish o‘quvchilarning chidamlilik, tezkorlik va koordinatsion qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirishda samarali vosita ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.
