Abstract

Toothache is one of the most common dental problems affecting individuals of all ages and is often a symptom of underlying oral diseases. This article examines the main causes of toothache, including dental caries, pulpitis, periodontal diseases, tooth fractures, impacted wisdom teeth, and dental abscesses. The study also describes the common symptoms associated with tooth pain and highlights modern treatment approaches used in dentistry. In addition, special attention is given to preventive measures such as proper oral hygiene, regular dental check-ups, and healthy dietary habits. The article emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis and timely dental intervention in preventing complications and maintaining overall oral health.
