Abstract
Mavzuning dolzarbligi va zarurati . Aholining to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish odatlari jamoat salomatligining muhim omillaridan biridir . Inson salomatligi ko‘p jihatdan to‘g‘ri ovqatlanishga bog‘liq. Ratsionning energetik qiymati, oziq moddalar muvozanati, ovqatlanish rejimi va gigiyenik talablarning buzilishi turli alimentar kasalliklar rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin. Ratsion esa organizm ehtiyojlarini qondiruvchi oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari majmuasidir .
