Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktab boshqaruvida sunʼiy intellekt (SI) va inson omilining o‘zaro ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Yangi texnologiyalar ta’lim tizimini qanday o‘zgartirayotgani va boshqaruv jarayonlarini samaraliroq qilishga qanday yordam berayotgani yoritiladi. Shuningdek, inson omilining ahamiyati, pedagogik yondashuvlar, psixologik va ijtimoiy jihatlar ham ko‘rib chiqiladi. Sun’iy intellekt avtomatlashtirish va tahlil qilish jarayonlarini yengillashtirsa-da, inson omili hal qiluvchi rol o‘ynaydi. Maqolada maktab boshqaruvida SI va inson omilining optimal muvozanatini ta’minlash yo‘llari muhokama qilinadi.
