KONCHILIK SANOATIDA RUDALARNI MAGNITLI USULDA BOYITISH.
Abstract
Konchilik sanoatida rudalarni magnitli usulda boyitish minerallarni samarali ajratish va metallarning kontsentratsiyasini oshirish uchun keng qo‘llaniladigan usullardan biridir. Bu usul asosan ferromagnit, paramagnit va diamagnit minerallarning magnit maydonda turlicha ta’sirlanishiga asoslanadi. Boyitish jarayonida doimiy magnit separatorlar, elektromagnit separatorlar va yuqori gradientli magnit separatorlar qo‘llaniladi. Magnit ajratish quruq va nam usullarda amalga oshirilishi mumkin bo‘lib, usulning tanlanishi ruda tarkibi va ajratish samaradorligiga bog‘liq. Ushbu mavzu magnitli boyitish usullarining texnologik xususiyatlari, ularning ishlash prinsipi va konchilik sanoatida qo‘llanilishi bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tahlillarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Optimal magnit separatorni tanlash boyitish jarayonining samaradorligini oshirish va iqtisodiy jihatdan foydali natijalarga erishishga xizmat qiladi.
