Abstract

Mazkur tezisda 10–12 yoshli dzyudochilarda muvozanat saqlash qobiliyatini shakllantirishning nazariy asoslari amaliyot bilan bog`langan holda yoritilgan. Muvozanat qobiliyatining dzyudo sport turida qay darajada ahamiyatliligi ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan.
