Abstract

Foydali qazilmalarni flotatsiya usulida boyitishda flotatsiya sxemalarini tanlash jarayonning samaradorligi va iqtisodiy jihatlarini belgilovchi muhim omillardan biridir. Sxemalarni tanlashda rudaning minerallogik tarkibi, donadorlik darajasi, fizik-kimyoviy xossalari va sanoat talablariga mosligi inobatga olinadi. Flotatsiya jarayoni bosqichma-bosqich amalga oshirilib, dastlabki flotatsiya, qayta flotatsiya, kontsentratsion flotatsiya va qo‘shimcha tozalash kabi sxemalar qo‘llaniladi. To‘g‘ri sxema tanlash natijadorlikni oshirish, chiqindi miqdorini kamaytirish va metall ajratib olish darajasini optimallashtirishga xizmat qiladi. Ushbu mavzu flotatsiya jarayonining texnologik va iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy yondashuvlarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
