Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida tahsil olayotgan talabalarning akademik muvaffaqiyatiga ta’sir etuvchi pedagogik va psixologik determinantlar tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda akademik muvaffaqiyat tushunchasi, unga ta’sir qiluvchi ichki va tashqi omillar, ta’lim jarayonini tashkil etish usullari, talabaning shaxsiy-psixologik xususiyatlari hamda o‘qituvchi faoliyatining roli ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar, motivatsiya, o‘quv muhiti va psixologik qo‘llab-quvvatlashning akademik natijalarga ta’siri tahlil etilgan. Maqola oliy ta’lim tizimida ta’lim sifatini oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar bilan yakunlangan.
