Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of liberalizing liability for crimes against the established order of military service and introducing incentive-based legal norms. Drawing on international experience, the article substantiates mechanisms for exempting military personnel who have sincerely repented of their actions from punishment. The study focuses on strengthening the social and legal protections for military personnel by amending the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, retaining qualified personnel within the armed forces, and improving the moral and psychological climate in military units.
