Abstract

Mazkur maqolada o‘rta masofaga yuguruvchilarni tayyorlash jarayonida mashg‘ulot yuklamalarini optimallashtirishning samarali metodikasi yoritilgan. Sportchilarning jismoniy va funksional holatini hisobga olgan holda yuklamalarni rejalashtirish, ularning salomatligini saqlash va sport natijalarini yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi. Tadqiqotlar natijasida individual yondashuv asosida mashg‘ulot yuklamalarini boshqarish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
