KONCHILIK SANOATIDA RUDALARNI CHO’KTIRISH MASHINALARIDA BOYITISH TARAQQIYOTI.
Abstract
Konchilik sanoatida rudalarni cho‘ktirish mashinalarida boyitish texnologik jarayoni mineral resurslarni qayta ishlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu jarayon rudalarni zarrachalarining zichligi, kattaligi va boshqa fizik-kimyoviy xususiyatlariga asoslangan holda ajratish uchun qo‘llaniladi. Cho‘ktirish mashinalari yordamida ruda tarkibidagi qimmatli komponentlarni samarali ajratib olish imkoniyati oshadi. Boyitish jarayoni, asosan, gidravlik va gravitatsion usullarga asoslangan bo‘lib, suv muhitida yoki maxsus eritmalar yordamida amalga oshiriladi. Ushbu usulning afzalliklari, xususan, yuqori sifatli konsentrat olish va ekologik xavfsizlikni ta'minlash imkoniyati bilan bog‘liqdir. Mazkur texnologiya zamonaviy konchilik sanoatida unumdorlik va samaradorlikni oshirish uchun keng qo‘llaniladi
