Trust between teachers and students encourages openness, creativity, and active participation, while cooperation fosters responsibility and shared ownership of the learning process. The paper highlights the psychological, pedagogical, and technological strategies that strengthen mutual respect, empathy, and collaboration. It also emphasizes the role of communication, innovative teaching methods, and emotional intelligence in shaping productive teacher–student relations.
