Abstract

Ushbu maqolada klimakterik davrdagi ayollarda urogenital tizim salomatligini baholashda mikroRNA (miRNA) profillari asosida tashxis va monitoring usullarining ahamiyati tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda postmenopauza va perimenopauza davridagi ayollar guruhi o‘rganilib, miRNA ekspressiyasi urogenital atrofiyaning dastlabki belgilarini aniqlashda yuqori sezgirlikka ega ekani ko‘rsatildi. Maqola natijalari klinik amaliyotda individual profilaktika va davolash strategiyalarini ishlab chiqish uchun muhim asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
