Abstract

Mazkur maqolada fitnes mashg‘ulotlari va sog‘lom turmush tarzining ahamiyati turli mamlakatlar tajribasi asosida qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy jamiyatda jismoniy faollikni oshirish, sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish va aholining jismoniy salomatligini mustahkamlash muhim ijtimoiy masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. Ayniqsa, fitnes mashg‘ulotlari inson organizmining funksional imkoniyatlarini rivojlantirish, kasalliklarning oldini olish va hayot sifatini yaxshilashda samarali vosita sifatida e’tirof etilmoqda. Tadqiqot jarayonida O‘zbekiston, AQSh, Turkiya va Yevropa mamlakatlarida fitnes madaniyatining rivojlanish darajasi, sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirishga qaratilgan yondashuvlar hamda aholining jismoniy faolligi ilmiy manbalar asosida qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar fitnesning sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirishdagi o‘rni va turli mamlakatlar tajribasidan samarali foydalanish imkoniyatlarini ko‘rsatdi.
