JUST-IN-TIME (JIT) STRATEGIYASI: AFZALLIKLARI VA RISKLARI
Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqot "Aniq vaqtida" (Just-in-Time — JIT) strategiyasining zamonaviy global iqtisodiyotdagi transformatsiyasini tahlil qiladi. Ishda JIT tizimining operatsion samaradorlikni oshirishdagi o‘rni va shu bilan birga, ta’minot zanjirining "mo‘rtligini" yuzaga keltiruvchi omillari qiyosiy o‘rganilgan. Muallif an’anaviy tejamkor ishlab chiqarish (Lean) modellarining pandemiya va geosiyosiy inqirozlar sharoitidagi zaifliklarini ochib beradi. Maqola yakunida iqtisodiy foyda va tashkiliy barqarorlik (resilience) o‘rtasidagi optimal muvozanatni ta’minlovchi "Egiluvchan JIT" modeliga o‘tish bo‘yicha strategik tavsiyalar berilgan.
