Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamlashtirish sharoitida bo‘lajak pedagoglarning kasbiy malakalarini baholashda xalqaro ta’lim tasniflagichi (ISCED – International Standard Classification of Education) asosida yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. Pedagogik kadrlarni xalqaro standartlar asosida baholashning ahamiyati, ta’lim jarayonida raqamli texnologiyalarning o‘rni hamda zamonaviy o‘qituvchidan talab etiladigan raqamli kompetensiyalar muhokama qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, kasbiy malakalarni xalqaro tasniflagich asosida baholashning samarali mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
