THE ROLE OF THE TUTOR IN THE UNIVERSITY AND ITS IMPACT ON STUDENTS
Abstract
This article examines the role of a university tutor and its impact on students. The tutoring system is an important factor in the educational process, helping students develop independent learning skills, improve their academic performance, and enhance personal growth. The study analyzes the effectiveness of tutoring in the learning process and evaluates its impact on education quality. The results show that students who received tutor support achieved positive academic and psychological improvements.
