BREND IMIJINI YARATISHDA HRNING JARAYONGA TA’SIRI
Abstract
Ushbu ilmiy ishda brend imijini shakllantirish jarayonida inson resurslarini boshqarish (HR) tizimining strategik ahamiyati o‘rganiladi. Zamonaviy global biznes sharoitida kompaniya muvaffaqiyati nafaqat mahsulot yoki xizmat sifati bilan, balki ichki madaniyat, xodimlar sodiqligi va ish beruvchi brendi orqali belgilanadi. Tadqiqot davomida HR siyosatining brend imijiga ta’sir etuvchi omillari — motivatsiya, ichki kommunikatsiya, korporativ qadriyatlar, yetakchilik va ish beruvchi brendi konsepsiyasi asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, HR siyosati kompaniya imijining 75–80% qismiga bevosita yoki bilvosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
