Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada dunyoga mashhur brendlarni yaratish jarayonida rahbarlik va boshqaruv uslublarining hal qiluvchi o‘rni chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida nafaqat keng qo‘llaniladigan avtoritar, demokratik va transformatsion rahbarlik yondashuvl ari, balki nisbatan kam o‘rganilgan, noodatiy boshqaruv uslublari ham ko‘rib chiqiladi.

Maqolada har bir boshqaruv modelining afzalliklari va cheklovlari, ularning xodimlar motivatsiyasi, innovatsion jarayonlar hamda brendning global obro‘siga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. “Apple”, “Toyota”, “Nike” kabi yetakchi kompaniyalar misolida, shuningdek Skandinaviya mamlakatlarida qo‘llaniladigan demokratik boshqaruv va Yaponiyaning “Kaizen” konsepsiyasi asosidagi yondashuvlar misolida amaliy natijalar o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, kuchli brend yaratishda rahbarning strategic tafakkuri, inson omiliga asoslangan boshqaruv tamoyillari hamda innovatsion fikrlash uyg‘unlashgandagina muvaffaqiyatga erishish mumkin. Shuningdek, noodatiy boshqaruv usl ublarini joriy etish orqali kompaniya ichki muhitini yanada samarali tashkil etish va global raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish imkoniyati yaratiladi.
