Abstract

This article discusses the causes of wear on the excavator bucket in mining operations and methods for its prevention. The excavator bucket is a crucial tool that undergoes intensive use, high loads, and wear during the extraction and transportation of materials. The article analyzes the main factors affecting the wear of the bucket, such as the composition of materials, operating conditions, and the aging process. It also covers technological methods, material selection, and the importance of maintenance to reduce wear and extend the bucket's service life. This research is highly relevant to the mining industry, offering a scientific and practical approach aimed at ensuring high efficiency and durability in operations.
