Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sportchilar va o‘quvchilarda uchraydigan jarohatlarning oldini olish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan yondashuvlar tahlil qilingan. Jarohatlarning asosiy sabablari, profilaktika usullari, mashg‘ulot jarayonidagi yuklama me’yorlari, fiziologik tayyorgarlik va reabilitatsiya elementlari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot jismoniy tarbiya darslari, sport to‘garaklari hamda professional tayyorgarlik jarayonida xavfsiz muhit yaratishning zamonaviy metodlarini ham ko‘rsatadi. Amaliy tavsiyalar o‘qituvchi, murabbiy va sportchilar uchun moslashtirilgan.
