Abstract
Hozirgi globallashuv davrida oziq-ovqat sanoati nafaqat iqtisodiy foyda, balki milliy xavfsizlikning strategik bo‘g‘ini hisoblanadi. Garvard biznes maktabi professori Maykl Porter ta’kidlaganidek, raqobatbardoshlik — bu korxonaning bozorda o‘z o‘rnini saqlab qolish va boshqalardan ajralib turish qobiliyatidir. O‘zbekiston sharoitida oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarining eksport salohiyatini oshirish uchun boshqaruv mexanizmini innovatsion asosda tubdan isloh qilish talab etiladi.
