Abstract

Immunotherapy has emerged as a revolutionary approach in the treatment of oncological diseases, offering new hope for patients with various types of cancer. This review focuses on the clinical outcomes of current immunotherapeutic strategies, including immune checkpoint inhibitors, CAR-T cell therapy, and cancer vaccines. The effectiveness, limitations, and potential side effects of these therapies are analyzed. Additionally, recent advancements and future prospects of immunotherapy in oncology are discussed, emphasizing personalized treatment approaches and combination therapies. Immunotherapy represents a promising frontier in cancer management, with the potential to improve survival rates and quality of life for patients worldwide.
