GLOBAL WATER POLLUTION
Abstract
This article explores the global issue of water pollution, focusing on its major causes, harmful consequences, and practical solutions. Water pollution, caused by industrial waste, agricultural runoff, untreated sewage, plastic debris, and oil spills, poses serious threats to human health, aquatic ecosystems, and economic development. The article highlights the importance of clean water and outlines preventive strategies such as stronger environmental regulations, investment in wastewater treatment, sustainable farming, and international cooperation. It emphasizes the urgent need for collective action to protect the world’s water resources for current and future generations.
