QANDLI DIABET BILAN YASHOVCHI BEMORLAR UCHUN HAFTALIK OVQATLANISH REJASI: ILMIY ASOSLANGAN YONDASHUV
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada 2-tip qandli diabet bilan yashovchi bemorlar uchun haftalik ovqatlanish tizimini ilmiy asoslangan yondashuv orqali ishlab chiqish masalalari yoritiladi. Glyukemik indeks (GI), glyukemik yuklama (GY), uglevodlarga sezgirlik, ovqatlanishning porsiya nazorati va makronutrientlar muvozanati asosida menyu tuzish tamoyillari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, to‘g‘ri tuzilgan ovqatlanish rejimi glyukozani nazorat qilishda 30–50% gacha ijobiy o‘zgarishga olib kelishi mumkin. Maqolada diabetga mos haftalik menyu namunasi, tavsiya etiladigan mahsulotlar, cheklanishlar hamda amaliy maslahatlar keltirilgan.
